Project description:
The aim of the project is to strengthen the long-term organizational capacities of Da se zna! through tailored support for the development of key organizational areas. Based on the Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), the project supports improvements in good governance and leadership, financial management and sustainability, strategic planning, communication, and human resources management systems. Through this project, Da se zna! strengthens its internal capacities and builds a stronger foundation for sustainable long-term support to the LGBTQI+ community in Serbia.
