Improving Access to Justice for LGBTTIQ Persons in Serbia

Project description: The project aims to reduce violence and discrimination against LGBTTIQA persons and improve their integration into society through advocacy, targeted public dialogue, and strengthening work with the community. Da se zna! implements targeted activities in cooperation with domestic and international partners, working with the LGBTTIQA community, state institutions, and the wider public to establish sustainable protection mechanisms. Special focus is placed on improving cooperation with the prosecutor’s office and judiciary, monitoring Serbia’s fulfillment of international obligations, as well as using online activism and advocacy to strengthen access to justice for LGBTTIQA persons.
