Matija Stefanović from Da se zna! at a Training on Labor Rights

Our Matija Stefanović represented Da se zna! in Tirana at a training on labor rights for LGBT+
activists from the Western Balkans and Turkey, organized by ERA, the organization for
LGBTQ+ rights in the Western Balkans and Turkey.

Participants in the program learned about labor rights and the protection of LGBT+ workers in
the region, developed strategies for cooperation with trade unions and employees, explored
ways to combat violence and discrimination against LGBT+ people in the workplace, and
worked on engaging the private sector to improve the position of queer people at work.
