Criminal Complaint Filed Against Saša Borojević for Publishing the Names of Girls fromPrimary School “Petar Kočić”
We inform the public that today we filed a criminal complaint against Saša Borojević with the
Prosecutor’s Office for High-Tech Crime for the criminal offense of Unauthorized Publication
and Display of Another’s Document, Portrait, or Recording under Article 145 of the Criminal
Code.
Earlier today, Borojević published on his Instagram profile a photograph of a poster created by
students of one class at Primary School “Petar Kočić” in Inđija. The poster depicted two girls
holding hands, the rainbow flag, and the message “Tolerance is not a foreign word.”
Borojević posted the photograph of the poster in its entirety, where in the lower right corner the
names and initials of the surnames of three girls who created the poster were clearly visible.
Alongside the post, Borojević added the following comment: “Hey parents from Inđija, why are
you tolerating this — your sons falling in love with boys?”
This post represents a grave violation of the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Criminal
Code, and it seriously endangers the safety and security of underage girls.
We call on the Prosecutor’s Office to urgently prosecute Borojević and to order the immediate
removal of the post from Instagram.
